Q. Can I return my order?

A. We are unable to accept any returns. All our items are perishable food items and are non returnable. 

Q. Where is your bakery?

A. Our bakery is situated at 34 Langside Place, Glasgow, G41 3DL

Q. What are the collection times?

A. For our one off limited release of Christmas Cookie Dessert Tins: collection time is from 8am to 12pm on 24th December 2025

 

ORDERING

Q. When should I place my order?

A. Final orders for the Christmas Cookie Tin special should be placed by midday on 21st December 2025 

Any orders placed outside of these times unfortunately will not be fulfilled. 

Q. It's showing out of stock, will there be a restock?

A. For our Christmas Tin release, there is only a certain amount of boxes available. Unfortunately, when they are gone they are gone.

 

GENERAL

Q. How fresh are your bakery items?

A. Very! Our cookies are baked fresh to order! 

Q. How long will the baked goods last?

A. To experience our cookies at their best, eat them on the day of receipt. If not, store our cookies in an airtight containers and consume within 3 days. 

Q. Can I heat my cookies up?

A. All our cookies taste unreal warm! Pop them in a warm oven at 180 C for around 5 mins to unlock maximum gooeyness.
